Really pleased with my new laminate lounge floor, looks good and more modern than the old one. K2 flooring are my local retailer and they came and quoted a price I was happy with and loaned me large floor samples to see which I preferred. Lou, the fitter did an excellent job, was working for hours until the evening and has many years of experience. Very neat and hid my cables. At first I wondered if one guy could do it on his own but I needn’t have worried- guy knows what he’s doing. We've always had a positive experience with K2 from buying laminated flooring to recently re-carpeting a large area of the house. There's no pressure when browsing in the shop but helpful advice when making a decision. Excellent fitters too. Job location: ME19The company is local to where we live. They have a vast selection of flooring and price range. The staff were very helpful and didn’t go for the hard sell. The surveyor came to measure up, and the man Ian, who laid the flooring worked very hard and cleanly and for the job done in a day. We have more rooms to be done and will use them again.10 K2 Flooring Beyond expectations.

K2 Flooring, BRILLIANT!!! A fantastic service provided by all at K2 Flooring. From the initial showroom visit to them coming out to measure the room to the final fitting was faultless. Very friendly and helpful in every respect. The two fitters, Steve and Andrew were in a class of their own! They did an absolutely brilliant job, super-fast and efficient. They didn’t even stop for a brew when offered!! On top of this they were two really nice lads. We’re truly delighted with the new carpet. We have used K2 flooring several times, more recently for our stairs and landing. They go the extra mile to provide a friendly and reliable family service. They were extremely accommadating when our decorator delayed several times and stored our carpet for far longer than was expected so full marks to K2. Kevin Karpets Ltd was founded in 1961 by Mr Frederick Kemp, he opened his first shop in Petts Wood. He opened his second branch in Swanley in 1973 and moved to bigger premises in 1976, where they are still trading today. In 1977 our Petts Wood branch sadly closed. In 1971 the current owner Mr Lee Kemp joined his father in the business, taking full control in 1996. Sadly, on the 5th Feb 2018 in his 90th year Mr Frederick Kemp died peacefully in his home. He is survived by his wife Jean and their six children.The company continued to grow and in April 1998 we opened a further branch in West Malling. This branch is still successful and is now run by Paul, he is helped by Samantha. The Head office is at our Swanley Branch which also houses our purpose built warehouse. The Swanley shop is staffed by General Manager Stuart, and he is helped by Peter and Nick, our warehouse is run by Dave. Behind the scenes Lee's wife Rose (the real boss) and their daughter Lisa with the help of Linda keep the boys in check and ensure the smooth running of the Company. All of our fitters are trusted and we fully guarantee of their work.In 2004 they set up a trading division of Kevin Karpets called K2 Flooring to highlight the fact they supply and fit all floor coverings not just the fluffy stuff. Over the years we have increased our portfolio of floor coverings to now include Amtico, Karndean, Quickstep laminate, Wood floors, Luxury Vinyl Tiles and Sheet Vinyl's.We offer a free no obligation measuring service. We also guarantee we won't be beaten on price (locally not including internet purchases). K2 Flooring are founder members of the Carpet Foundation and are approved by the Trading Standards Institute (TSI) so customers can purchase their flooring with complete confidence and guarantees.
