Visited the K2 Flooring showroom with a clear budget. Lee and Rose Kemp welcomed us and guided us through the options. Their family business has stayed in the family for generations and their knowledge of carpets showed straight away. They helped us find a carpet within our price point with clear and honest advice. Service stayed smooth from the showroom through to fitting. Delivery arrived with a friendly team. Stuart the fitter helped move furniture and fitted three carpets to a high standard. Clean edges, great finish, and a satisfying service from start to end.

From start to finish K2 flooring were brilliant helped us choose what was just right for us nothing was to much trouble with Paul’s knowledgeable advice and talking through any questions we had we had every confidence in them and we were not disappointed. the fitter Brian,who came was great very respectful of our home did the job expertly and cleaned up everything, so pleased we picked K2 well done.

Pre sales service was great - they were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Same for the measuring, and booking in of the fitting which happened very quickly. The carpets we had fitted was very nice too, and appears of good quality. The fitting itself was fine except when the fitter left he informed me one of our doors needed shaving. The door did need shaving, but he had fitted the carpet so that the door could not open at all, nor could it be removed without pulling up the carpet, so we had to pay someone to do that and refit the carpet. K2 did not respond to any contact on this issue.

Another fantastic job from K2 - amtico flooring. Brilliant from start to finish - from first engagement, measuring and helping me select the right product for our living room to booking appointment and expert install. The quality of service is exceptional and highly recommended.

The company was extremely helpful in the advice regarding the products that they sell, which made it easier to decide what would be the most suitable for our room. The finished floor has now been completed and is exactly what we wanted.

New stair carpet was laid which turned up on time and was laid very well by curtious and professional tradesman
