  James did another fantastic job for us at short notice. We had a leak coming from the kitchen ceiling which he was able to detect led from the bath and fixed. This is the second job he has done for us and would highly recommend to all!

  James was excellent from start to finish. He responded quickly, got the job done efficiently, and worked in a really methodical way to make sure everything was done properly. He was also great at adapting on the spot to handle any unexpected issues. Really pleased with the result and would definitely use him again.
