James is brilliant to deal with. He responds promptly and the work is always carried out to a great standard. We have used him a few times now for various projects and will continue to do so.

James fitted a new kitchen tap for us, and was a pleasure to engage with. He responded very promptly to our initial outreach and was able to come the next day. He gave great advice, and was super patient with a strange set up in our house (a missing stopcock!) Would certainly engage James again, and would recommend to friends and neighbours.

Lovely work - very neat and wooden window frames looked great at the end, as well as properly protected from the weather. Even the window cleaner commented on what a lovely job he’d done! Good communication throughout, given there were some changes to timing along the way. Nice guy to have around. Overall very happy.

James turned up on time and completed All works handed to him with no fuss. With his help, we got the job out on time.
