Julian was very knowledgeable and explained the work he was doing clearly and the reasons for it. He was honest with pricing and didn’t just push for the highest price. He was friendly and polite and worked efficiently. He tidied up after himself and made sure I was happy before he left. The door looks great and is much more functional than it was before. I would recommend JW Security to anyone who needs amendments to their doors for fireproofing reasons.

They were very efficient, on time and had great communication. They managed to find a good way to fix the window lock, a long-term issue many tradespeople in the past failed to fix. They found a good and relatively economical solution.

Jordan repaired our doors in no time and explained very clearly what the issue was and what the best options were to fix it. He then showed me the process and let me have a go to make sure I was happy with the repair. Very nice man and definitely great at his job!
