  Patio door removed and replaced with a front door and window

  I would highly recomment JV Construction, great workmanship and attention to detail from a really professional team. Jake made sure to find a good match to the existing bricks for bricking up part of the old opening and the quality of the work is fantastic. He was also great with communication and made sure to check all the details to make sure I was happy before proceeding. The door he installed is really good quality, perfect for what I wanted. One very happy customer, I’m already making a list of other jobs I need him to quote for!

  Wall removal

  Jake removed a load bearing wall/ chimney for me to open my dining room and kitchen. Did a great job. Quick and removed all waste as required. Great communication throughout and very helpful in next steps and what to avoid in future.

  I previously left a review and later realised I’d made a mistake with the builder’s name. I was so impressed with the work that I wanted to come back and correct it. Jake from JV Homes Construction Limited removed a load-bearing wall, installed an RSJ, cut through a cavity wall, and fitted a new lintel and window. He was punctual, professional, kept me updated throughout, and completed everything to a very high standard with great attention to detail and a clean finish. I’m extremely pleased with the result and highly recommend him for structural and general building work.

  Jake from JVM Builders carried out the removal of a load-bearing wall, installed an RSJ, cut through a cavity wall, fitted a new lintel, and installed a new window for us. The standard of work was excellent throughout. He was always punctual, professional, and kept me fully updated at every stage of the project. The work was completed to a very high specification, with great attention to detail and a clean, tidy finish.   Great communication, great work, and really tidy.

  What a great service, Jake arrived on time very open and engaging during the consultaion, he explained what he was going to do, and then just got on with it. Very quick, and a very tidy worker, great communication, and a really nice guy to deal with.
