  What a great service, Jake arrived on time very open and engaging during the consultaion, he explained what he was going to do, and then just got on with it. Very quick, and a very tidy worker, great communication, and a really nice guy to deal with.

  Exceptional Quality of Work and Communication

  Jake worked at my home for two weeks reinforcing beams and joists that had not been installed properly by the housebuilder. I can only speak positively about the experience of contracting him - communication was prompt, clear and detailed and he was very patient while I waited for insurance to confirm they would cover the work. I was away for most of the work and he kept me up to date with photos and videos - he was also proactive in subcontracting an electrician for a small additional piece of work. I’m pleased with the quality of the work and would recommend Jake without hesitation.

  This guy is the real Bob the builder …

  The building works were called for because we needed address space for a growing family. The urgency meant that we needed a builder who could work on a tight schedule and complete the project quickly. I am very pleased to say that Jake and his team were very thorough and professional, and once they got going they did a top notch job.. the build is a two part project and there was a mis communication between the two teams that meant Jake had to come back and redo a corner, which was done next day.Happy and professional, tidy and clean and I would highly recommend to anyone 10/10

  arrived promptly for assessment and start of work. explained all work to be carried out. polite and finished job under time frame. was very tidy and cleaned after job was complete. would recommend Jake for any work that needs completing
