On reporting the boiler breakdown I received an immediate response with an engineer arriving later in the day. Once the problem had been diagnosed and the need for a new pump established I was reminded that my system was still under warranty and Just Services Group contacted the supplier on my behalf and the repair was completed two days later. I have a home cover policy with them which makes the whole process super simple. I pay monthly and they get in touch when my service is due. Super simple and efficient.
