Huge thanks to Hayley from Customer Service whose proactive position in solving my boiler issue and contacting and persuading the manufacturer led to the successful resolution!

I have used Just Sevices 3 times now.- I found them when I had a boiler breakdown on the coldest week of the year and they were the only place that had an engineer to send out. BG told me I needed a new boiler (£3k) and these guys fixed the problem for me £100! The lady on reception is a pleasure and all the engineers have also been great! From my 3 experiences I would recommend!

Just Services Group once again came to my rescue when I had not hot water, nobody likes a cold shower! thanks guys

On reporting the boiler breakdown I received an immediate response with an engineer arriving later in the day. Once the problem had been diagnosed and the need for a new pump established I was reminded that my system was still under warranty and Just Services Group contacted the supplier on my behalf and the repair was completed two days later. Most welcome given that without heat my house was very cold!

Thanks for the help Just Services, good communications and sorted our boiler out efficiently. Will be using again. 10/10

Just Services Group, once again came to our rescue, repaired our leaking boiler and returned our house to normality with heating and hot water. Thanks to the engineer and office who kept us up to date. Will highly recommend to friends and family.
