  I used Just Heat Plumbing when my boiler started making unusual noises and they ended up replacing it with a new boiler. Communication was clear from the start, with a quick response and everything explained in advance. Mark and Ben were polite and very professional, worked carefully and a full clean‑up at the end. The new boiler was installed to a high standard and the system was fully tested before they left. The final price matched the quote and I am very happy with the service – I would definitely use Just Heat Plumbing again and recommend them to others.

  Ely heating engineer of choice!

  Mark has been exceptionally helpful regarding heating issues this winter. He provided immediate tips to help me stop a burst radiator filling up my living room with water. He’s clear in his recommendations and is very willing to talk you through his work which is very helpful to any wannabe DIY plumbers like myself! He provides great value for money and has proved incredibly willing to go over and above to help his customers. This included making a visit to fix a radiator leak over his own Christmas break while also volunteering me some tips that will help me in the future.

  Great plumbers

  I hired Mark and Ben at Just Heat to do a service on my water cylinder and gas boiler. They did an excellent job, they quickly diagnosed some issues with the cylinder and with the boiler's installation that had been ignored by the previous engineers (who had also installed it). They gave me clear communication when explaining the issues, and very obviously took pride in their work and in making sure it was high quality. I highly recommend hiring Just Heat and will be doing so in the future for any other future plumbing work!
