  I've had Mark out a few times now to fix issues created by other companies and he's always really quick to work out what's going on and is excellent at explaining what went wrong and how he's going to fix it. Always trust that he'll do a good job and won't hesitate to call again when needed.

  A great reliable plumber

  after posting a job, Mark called and arranged to come around the following day. He arrived on time and got straight to fixing the problem. Turned out we need a replacement siphon & mark sorted it out for us. Our problem with our in-built toilet was resolved very fast and efficient and cost effectively. I would highly recommend Just Heat Plumbing for plumbing work in the Ely area to anyone who needs help.

  Hot water is hot!

  Mark sorted out a stuck diverter on our boiler which had prevented hot water from fully reaching the shower and kitchen. We also had a slow clean of the CH system which has worked miracles in terms of radiator efficiency. Mark is easy to talk to, and his explanations are always clear with fair pricing and reliability. He is our go-to plumber.
