Mark sorted out a stuck diverter on our boiler which had prevented hot water from fully reaching the shower and kitchen. We also had a slow clean of the CH system which has worked miracles in terms of radiator efficiency. Mark is easy to talk to, and his explanations are always clear with fair pricing and reliability. He is our go-to plumber.

Mark has a keen eye for detail and is a very hard worker. His professionalism shows throughout. He's good at thinking outside the box to overcome obstacles. He doesn't like working with cheap/inferior quality materials and has no qualms about sharing his opinions on the subject with you. But under the gruff exterior is a helpful, friendly and knowledgeable person who genuinely cares about his work and doesn't want customers to waste their time or money. He's a firm believer in 'buy cheap, buy twice'. I'm very happy with the jobs he's done for me and have no hesitation in recommending him.
