    Justin was fantastic from start to finish. On his first visit he was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything clearly, examined the issues properly and came up with a sensible plan that wouldn’t cost the earth. On the day of the job he worked quickly, was very clean and organised, and completed everything exactly as promised. He also provided a detailed invoice, guarantee and written breakdown of the work, which gave great peace of mind. On top of all that, he’s genuinely pleasant to have around and comes across as very honest and reliable. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

    interior damp resolution

    Justin has recently completed some work for us related to some interior damp issues. Whilst others who quoted presented resolutions that felt extreme, Justin’s approach was more measured and considerate and ultimately led to much less disruption. His quote was competitive and accurate, he was polite and informative throughout, he was always punctual and he left the work area clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend

    Justin came at short notice to address a problem of damp and mould caused by condensation. He could easily have argued the case for doing the job (which in fact he was expecting to do). Instead he gave me an hour of his time exploring and explaining a better option. I benefited enormously from his considerable expertise, advice and in so generously giving me an hour of his time. And he wouldn't take a penny from me.. I can only replay him by leaving this review. Which I gladly do. I have no doubt that had he been able to do any work it would have been exemplary. Remarkable!

    Mould build up in flat

    Justin visited the flat on time and on scheduled date to investigate the mould build up. He quickly established the reason why there was this build up (due to broken down extractor fan in bathroom) and was highly honest in telling me that a PIV unit was not needed, and nor was a new wall vent. He suggested getting a new fan which will eliminate this continuing mould build up, and wouldn't even take a penny for his visit or advice given. Another company wanted to fit a PIV unit, clean up (I did that myself) and charge me £ 1600.00 in the process! Would highly recommend Justin anytime.

My company JustDamp specializes in damp issues and the restoration of damage caused by damp.

We cover all areas from the Chimney down to the Damp Proof Course, typically all work is carried out by myself Justin Worden.

I worked for the family building business in Preston before studying at both Brunel University and the University of Central London (Formally the City of Westminster College).

I became a specialist in damp issues mainly due to the challenges that damp can bring, is it damp or condensation for instance?

I pride myself on my analytical and observational skills and put my customers concerns first.

Quotes are done on a fixed price basis and times and dates are strictly adhered to, the aim being to cause as little disruption as possible and cure all issues first time around.

The majority of work carried out is guaranteed for a period of 10 years from completion and this is given in writing and backed by insurance if required.
