  Mould build up in flat

  Justin visited the flat on time and on scheduled date to investigate the mould build up. He quickly established the reason why there was this build up (due to broken down extractor fan in bathroom) and was highly honest in telling me that a PIV unit was not needed, and nor was a new wall vent. He suggested getting a new fan which will eliminate this continuing mould build up, and wouldn't even take a penny for his visit or advice given. Another company wanted to fit a PIV unit, clean up (I did that myself) and charge me £ 1600.00 in the process! Would highly recommend Justin anytime.

  Damp Proofing and Condensation Control

  I needed someone to implement the recommendations of a separate Damp Surveyor. Justin digested the report and made some excellent recommendations and observations on top of the original survey. He showed flexibility, pragmatism and above all honesty and integrity. I would not hesitate to recommend Justin and would use him again without hesitation. Thanks Justin!

  We had problems with water coming in via a balcony causing damp issues.

  Just Damp were excellent from the start. Justin was very methodical, investigating and advancing solutions as he went along. Ultimately we needed to re-tank our balcony, he suggested someone for the work who was brilliant. He also fixed problem areas on the patio and up the walls. The result was no more water ingress at all. Really happy with the work and he's a very nice man to boot.

  survey to check on damp

  Justin was fantastic and checked out an area which i thought was damp in my house. It turned out after his investigation that it was in fact condensation. his expertise certainly saved me a lot of money. After numerous visits by other contractors who gave me large quotes - which I now know were for jobs that aren't actually needed! i will certainly give Justin a call in future - i trust his opinion 100%

  Outstanding damp specialist

  Justin recently came to my home to address various damp issues I have been having. From the initial visit to the completion of the work his professionalism, expertise, competence, honesty and attention to detail were excellent. Justin assessed the problem, using his obvious wealth of experience, explaining the underlying causes of my problems and offered clear, practical solutions.
