Preview of The penetrative damp issue was down to the flashing taking in water...A easy fix but hard to spot.

All flats had signs of penetrative damp. This damp was caused by the external render coating becoming cracked and allowing rainwater to penetrate through. As the coating was waterproof it held the water in even more. The resolution was to remove the coating, repair cracks and re-paint

This turret required a fair bit of thought in order to get it restored and then painted...high and no easily accessed (But doable!)
