  Efficient and good value

  Arrived in the time window quoted. Diagnosis was quickly performed and the repair quickly done. Was advised of some other minor issues that I am able to resolve myself.

  Diagnosed and installed new heat element on my oven.

  Within 10 minutes of speaking to them were here. diagnostic run and fixed within an hour. no messing around very professional and informative. Never used them before but 100% recommend for professional service and excellent price to boot.

  diagnostic on why oven not working

  Peter is very professional. He communicated in writing exactly the cause of the fault. This is really useful to me as a landlord so I am not liable for the damage caused by my tenant. Very reasonable price too
