Peter if Just Cookers has worked for me before. This time My Father’s oven broke on a Tuesday teatime. I contacted Peter around 19:00 on the Tuesday eve and he replied he could fit me in at noon the next day. Oven needed a new element and thermostat which Peter was able to fit there and then. The cost of repair was fair and reasonable and much less than having the hassle of searching for a new oven. Peter was prompt, polite, tidy and my paid invoice was issued to me immediately upon payment. I would have no hesitation in recommending Just Cookers to anyone. Great service thank you.

Engineer arrived as promised and carried out a thorough inspection of our cooker. The grill element was changed without fuss and works very well. Very polite and friendly engineer did a very professional job. Thanks!

In less than a two hour time frame, from contacting Just Cookers, (online), requesting an initial call out to look at our oven, Peter had come out, diagnosed the problem, quoted us for the job and replaced the defunct circotherm element. We were thrilled and impressed by the service we received. Peter is knowledgeable, proficient, helpful and extremely pleasant to deal with. The call out service and quote for the work concerned was very reasonable and it comes with a year's guarantee! We would wholeheartedly recommend this company and will certainly use them again in the future.
