  I received a reminder from Danny to say the annual boiler service was due. A suitable date was arranged and I received a confirmation email. The day before, another email arrived a) as a reminder and b) to tell me the name of the person who would call, a good security point! 09:00 was agreed, he turned up at 09:00, as curtious and friendly as ever. The service was done, he asked if there had been any problems with the system since the last service (none that I couldn't take care of), updated my records and left. The area was as clean and tidy as when he arrived. Thanks.

  It's rare that you come across a company that you can genuinely say you've only ever had positive exepriences with, but Julian Bland, have quite literally stood head and shoulders above any company we have ever dealt with in terms of customer service, quality of service and quality of workmanship. No mess was left behind, manners were always impeccable and Alex was a genuine and likeable chap. All in all, if you're looking for high standards of workmanship and quality customer service, look no further than Julian Bland Ltd.

  Alex was fantastic and went well above and beyond, fixing a couple of issues that he hadn't even attended for. It's so difficult these days to find an ethical, reliable and genuinely conscienscious business, so it's refreshing to see that Julian Bland Ltd are still doing things right. I would highly recommend to anybody looking for a high quality, time-served company with exceptional standards of work.
