First time dealing with JBL Found them very helpful in setting up appointment .The visit was on time and did what we had requested. Left the area clean and tidy. Very pleasant young man. Will be using them again.

The JBL team have just spent four days (22 to 25 July 2025) replacing an old oil/wood fired boiler with top of the range Worcester Bosch boiler and we could not be happier. The original quote was the most comprehensive of those we sought and gave us the confidence to appoint JBL. Their team were excellent in undertaking what was a challenging project. They were punctual, friendly, highly professional and very clean and tidy. No hesitation in giving the highest score possible.

Professional from first contact, owner and his team of engineers were knowledgeable, friendly, respectful of my home and left the areas used clean and tidy. Price was within my budget and as quoted. The old boiler was collected as promised on the same day. Will use again for other home projects.

Danny was quick to respond, provided full detailed quote. Carl fitted new boiler and radiators, efficiently, cleanly and explained every thing. Danny and his team are always on time, no hidden extras, totally trustworthy and high standard of work.

We have used JBL for our gas boiler service for the past 4 years. They are a pleasure top deal with, great service at reasonable prices. We are happy to recommend them.
