replacing an existing electrical shower with a bath mixer shower

firstly great immediate response to advert came over and gave quote of 300 cash ( no vat ) on day of job sent over an apprentice who wasn't able to remove the taps on bath! he then went over to collect his boss (joe) work eventually done however price ends up as £425 as I wanted a warranty on the new shower & VAT added!!! the shower is now showing a leak from where they have not capped off the cold water feed & is so dangerous water has been isolated completely - Joe is completely uncontactable all of a sudden!!! Avoid!!!

Fast, high quality and reasonably priced leak repair

Had a leak from the washing machine hose, it was located in an inconvenient place. JTS were able to come on the same day and fix the issue very quickly. As the call-out is charged per hour, they also sorted out a couple of issues with my bathroom sink at the same time.

Kitchen tap replacement

Very professional and great communication from the moment I listed the job, the plumber was friendly and helpful and did a great job with the tap even though it meant adjusting the positioning on some pipes. I was a bit cheeky and asked for some help repressurising my boiler as I couldn't figure it out, while he wasn't sure himself (my boiler is weird) he got his boss on the phone and they sorted it as well as showing me what to do in future. Really pleased with the work done and highly recommended.
