We recently secured our property back from the tenant and realized there was a leak behind the en-suite sink, this had caused significant damage to the ceiling on the ground floor. The contractor arrived within the hour, identified the issue and fixed the problem, the tap was also replaced, due to damage. Overall, a great job and would highly recommend.
