Jamie from JTS Plumbing was fantastic. I had my leak repair accepted and quoted within minutes of posting the advert. Jamie came to my house and was pleasant, efficient and effective. He quickly showed me the cause of the leak - explained why this happened and what should have been done when the bathroom was installed, and then fixed the leak. I cannot recommend him enough. Jamie also sent me a report and invoice which will be a great help when I contact my home insurance. Great communication and came out quickly to measure and provided detailed pricing. Work was carried out on date agreed and arrived on time. Work all done in a day to a high standard. We were really happy with the work and what a difference to the heat in the house. Noticed a tiny leak and reported it. Replied immediately and arrived within 24 hours and after a few minutes it was all sorted.
