Jamie from JTS Plumbing was fantastic. I had my leak repair accepted and quoted within minutes of posting the advert. Jamie came to my house and was pleasant, efficient and effective. He quickly showed me the cause of the leak - explained why this happened and what should have been done when the bathroom was installed, and then fixed the leak. I cannot recommend him enough. Jamie also sent me a report and invoice which will be a great help when I contact my home insurance. This was a great experience - something I haven’t always been used to with tradespeople.

Great communication and came out quickly to measure and provided detailed pricing. Work was carried out on date agreed and arrived on time. Work all done in a day to a high standard. We were really happy with the work and what a difference to the heat in the house. Noticed a tiny leak and reported it. Replied immediately and arrived within 24 hours and after a few minutes it was all sorted. Reassured to know if any other issues just to contact them.

Jamie was great, talked me through what was wrong and what would be needed to fix it. All done within 2 days with minimal mess. Very happy with Jamie and his work. Will definitely get him for further work.

They were at our door, 2 hours after first contact. The guy that came out was very knowledgeable about the fault and diagnosed the issue within minutes. Whole job was completed within half an hour. Communication prior was excellent, already felt like I was in good hands. Highly recommend
