  Rely on JTS Plumbing and Gas!

  We needed a quick call out as sink was blocked and had leaked into cupboard below. James of JTS answered his phone quickly although I could hear he was in the middle of another job. He planned to send someone round that same afternoon and he was true to his word. Connor came and fixed our problem ..even driving to a depot (8 miles) away to get new parts. We were very happy with the service and would use JTS again. Its just a pity the call out fee (£100) is so high but I think thats general.

  Emergency leak call-out

  Jim came very quickly the same evening to look at a leak in my parents bathroom ceiling and was very helpful, friendly & professional. As I wasn’t there, he showed me everything in a video call and sent me photo’s. He was very thorough and I was very confident with his work.

  Repairing a kitchen sink

  Jim was fantastic from start to finish, he was friendly, communicative and clear with his intentions. He really helped myself and my partner and gave us great advice on our sink. He immediately started to repair our sink and even fixed our dishwasher too! Would definitely recommend and happily welcome him back if work is required in the future.
