    Couple leaks caused by faulty WC

    Chap that came was pleasant, very informative of what was wrong and resolved the issues quickly. We haven’t had any trace of a leak since job was complete.

    Fantastic service from the start, quick responses and Bently did a first fix on the rad and all other jobs including second fit on the rad on second visit. Very friendly and worked very hard to get a lot done in a single day! I would highly recommend and I will use JTS in the future

    Great friendly service

    Excellent service, we had a lad round called Bentley and he done an amazing job moving our gas pipe, he was both professional and friendly. He explained what he was going to do and how he was going to divert the pipe and roughly how long it would take him to complete. We are very happy. He is a credit to the business.

    Absolutely brilliant all round. Called Jim and he sorted his colleague to come that evening. Connor was great, professional and prompt. Had the part that we needed. Explained to me what was wrong and fixed it without any hassle. Absolutely great service all round.

    The plumber arrived a few minutes early, he was very professional and friendly and was even able to fix a leak with the shower which wasn't planned for. service was great. I will happily use again. can't fault them 10/10

JTS Plumbing and gas is a small family run business, with over 20 years of experience and have been trading for many years.


Currently, we have a number of employees covering all of your maintenance needs, whether it's Plumbing, Gas, Boiler servicing/maintenance/ installation/repair, or just a minor maintenance issue. We have a vast experience in Power flushing, Heating systems and also Gas safety inspections. No job is too big, nor too small!

JTS specialize in Bathroom and Heating installations, as well as General plumbing maintenance, offering a 24 HR call out service for emergencies in and around the Ipswich area.


We work closely with a number of letting agents who use us as their main contractor for their rental property and maintenance issues, but why not cut the middle man out and come direct!


JTS fit Baxi, Vokera, Vaillant, Worcester and many other brands of boilers (with as much as a 10 Year warranty to go on top).


We undertake whole house renovations, including wet room, Bathroom and Kitchen adaptations right the way down to leaking taps, cylinders, toilets and showers.
