Excellent response to a late afternoon emergency plumbing call out. Very helpful and obliging first telephone contact ,who swiftly arranged for an engineer to attend. Within approximately an hour, a very friendly, respectful and professional engineer, Bentley, arrived and quickly resolved the problem. Will definitely use again in the future when needed, highly recommend !

A leak resulted in the neighbour below having water coming through her ceiling light. The next day JTS turned up, assessed area leak was coming from to discover 4 leaks around the bath. That same day the trader took out worn parts, replaced and fitted new parts and re-sealed areas where gaps had appeared. The trader that came was young but incredibly professional, competent and left a very clean bath after he’d completed the work.

I called JTS Heatong and plumbing Ltd about a leak that I had late in the evening, they advised on what to do and came round the next day to find the problem and sorted it the day after. Quick, efficient and professional at all times. Highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

We have used the JTS team on three occasions in the last 2 years for water tank annual services and more recently to fix a water tank leak linked to the immersion heater and to replace a 2 port valve. On all occasions the service has been first class in terms of timeliness, quality of workmanship and value for money. I’d strongly recommend JTS.

Bentley arrived late afternoon, and nothing was too much trouble for him to solve the problem, which he did. spoke to someone at their base, who arranged for someone to visit, gave an approximate time for visit. he called to let me know he was his way giving a guesstimate of his arrival. came well within. discussed issue and possible fixes. started with the basic repair to check the seriousness of the issue. he managed to fix the issue and said to keep an eye on everything and to call him if issue came back. we had already discussed the worst scenario. I would recommend this company. they don't appear to be trying to rip off customers.
