  Gas boiler service

  John from JTS Heating Solution Ltd reached out to me relating to my Checkatrade enquiry for an annual service to be carried out on my boiler. We briefly discussed the job over the phone after which I booked in a date and time for the service. True to his word John arrived promptly as planned, inspected the boiler then proceeded with the service. A very professional job, carried out by a very pleasant individual and I would not hesitate to recommend him to either family or friends.

  Fixed air source heating

  I contacted JTS Heating Solutions through Checkatrade as our boiler had a fault and we had no hot water. John soon rang to say he could fit in a home visit. The repair needed some new parts ordering but communication by phone call, text and email was excellent throughout on timings and costs. John was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and tidy, and he got the boiler all fixed within 24 hours of initial contact. It's the first time I have used JTS Heating Solutions or Checkatrade and I was very satisfied with everything. I highly recommend JTS Heating Solutions and I would use them again.

  We needed the boilers serviced and also a repair. John contacted me, confirmed the appointment and present himself punctual at the appointment. John shown to be precise, competent and reliable with an eye for details. On top of that, l've found John polite, friendly and very patient answering all my questions and responding in a clear and understandable way (we are not all plumbers!!) Customer service following the visit was excellent too. I have received all the documents needed in one day. Definitely a positive experience and I won't esitate to call John for future works Totally recommended.
