Had a new boiler installed by John after being let down by other installers. Very impressed with the communication and the quality of his work – he was punctual, tidy throughout, and clearly takes pride in doing the job properly. Would definitely recommend.

John was so patient at reassuring me on converting from an open vented water cylinder to an unvented cylinder. Professional, knowledgeable and showed up on time to get the job done. Will be keeping his number on speed dial!

I texted John when my boiler packed up on Bank Holiday Monday - he came out the same day to diagnose the problem, got my hot water back on, and came back the next day to fit the replacement part.

My family and I moved into our new home last Friday, excited to be in our new home. On arrival we were presented with an unsafe leaking boiler & another leaking radiator that we only discovered late Friday evening. Being new to the area and not knowing anyone I logged a job on checkatrade desperate for help. John had contacted me by phone within 15 minutes, and came out first thing in the morning, made everything safe & stopped the leaks before getting me quotes for first thing Monday & completing a new boiler install for us on Tuesday. Honestly cannot fault him, absolutely amazing turn around
