  Jack came to help fix a power outage caused by my reckless DIY work. He methodically worked through the problem and helped fix everything in an understanding way. His knowledge of electrical is sound unlike my mine and i will be using his services again.

  We contacted Jack at the very last minute for an emergency call out to carry out an EICR report and PAT testing on our mobile unit, and he was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we got in touch, Jack was professional, responsive, and accommodating, despite the short notice. He arrived promptly, explained everything clearly, and carried out the work thoroughly and efficiently. His attention to detail and knowledge gave us complete confidence that everything was safe and up to standard. On top of that, he was friendly, approachable, and made the whole process stress-free.
