Very understanding of the situation when dealing with an elderly relative. Discussed and explained everything very clearly and advised the cost up front and also the various consequences and options before the work was started. When the job was finished, they communicated exactly what had been done and successfully resolved our issue.

Cannot Recommend JT Electrical more. Jack was super responsive throughout the works and beyond helpful. He worked extra hard to fit us in around his busy schedule and ensured the rewire was completed by the deadline we gave him. He gave advice on what to do after the rewire, was reachable practically all the time, and was super polite and professional throughout. He was also very affordable and again, really worked hard to make sure our requirements were met whilst keeping the job budget friendly. 10/10 all around!

Having just moved into a new, empty home, needed a light fixture wiring / fitting. Quick initial response time, managed to visit within 48hrs. I actually had a missing hook for the light but returned again the next working day and completed the job at no extra call out charge. Competitive rate, good communication and timekeeping throughout, plus respectful of home. Not much else you can ask for. Thanks again.

Jack and his team provided a very good service from start to finish. They communicated clearly and did a very good job of re wiring our whole house. The work was to a very good quality and was a neat and tidy as a re wire can be. I would definitely recommend going with them and will definitely be using them in the future if I need to.
