  Damien came the day after I called him to fix my washing machine and my oven (which he gave a 2nd appliance discount for). He had the parts I needed with him and he fixed them both quickly and efficiently. Lovely bloke who took the time to tell me things I can do to keep the appliances working for longer. I’ve already recommended him to friends, one of which called him and he helped fix her dishwasher over the phone for free! Very honest tradesman. Thanks again Damien!

  Dishwasher repaired

  Damien replaced our leaking dishwasher hosepipe. He was highly professional, polite and kept us informed about when the spare part was due to arrive. He promptly replaced it a very reasonable price, especially considering it included the cost of the pipe. Very happy with his work, efficient and tidy. Nelly.

  Oven element replacement

  Exceptional first class service from Damien today. His customer service is second to none.Communication throughout was exceptional, very detailed, very precise, repeatedly kept updated from confirmation of appointment to ETA. He’s polite, courteous, reliable, honest, tidy, very organised and efficient and very reasonably priced.I could not fault him on anything and it really was a breath of fresh air to find that there are still decent and trustworthy tradespeople like this still around.I could see from my experience today that customer service is at the heart of his business.Thank you Damien

  JTA Domestic Appliance Repairs are extremely accommodating, reasonably priced, and very trustworthy. They are very prompt with communication and dedicated to their work. I would highly recommend them for any appliance repairs/installations!

  Oven heating element replacement

  Damien was easily contactable and immediately asked some diagnostic questions to scope the job without needing to visit. This meant he was able to visit a couple of days later with the right part, did a top job of fixing our oven and gave some advice to avoid reoccurence of the issue. Would highly recommend!
