Exceptional first class service from Damien today. His customer service is second to none.Communication throughout was exceptional, very detailed, very precise, repeatedly kept updated from confirmation of appointment to ETA. He’s polite, courteous, reliable, honest, tidy, very organised and efficient and very reasonably priced.I could not fault him on anything and it really was a breath of fresh air to find that there are still decent and trustworthy tradespeople like this still around.I could see from my experience today that customer service is at the heart of his business.Thank you Damien

Damien was easily contactable and immediately asked some diagnostic questions to scope the job without needing to visit. This meant he was able to visit a couple of days later with the right part, did a top job of fixing our oven and gave some advice to avoid reoccurence of the issue. Would highly recommend!

Samsung washing machine pump had failed. Same day attendance 👌. Fitted new pump 3 days later and all is good 👍. Well priced and super efficient. Damien is very knowledgeable helpful and friendly. Definitely recommended 👌

LG Washing Machine, clothing item stuck between the drum, this was making a rubbing squealing noise and was putting the drum out of balance. Damien was called in the morning and attend my premises within two hours of the call. He was very professional and preformed his checks, found the item of clothing causing the issue and pulled it out. He gave some excellent advise also on how to keep on maintaining the washing machine for its longevity. All tests completed for electrics and the drum to ensure the bearings are ok and the machine is performing how it should. Was charged the call out fee.
