Work was completed quickly and without a fuss, Joe even knocked some money off as it didn't take as long as originally estimated.

I had an emergency leak in my kitchen roof which effected my electrics. JSP Maintenance came out at short notice within hours and carried out the work. Very helpful and friendly service that I'm happy to recommend.

From the very beginning, Joe was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, kept us updated every step of the way, and made the whole process completely stress-free. His team were hardworking, respectful of our home, and left everything spotless at the end of each day. We had a wall knocked through to open up our kitchen/diner, Joe and his team of lads were amazing from start to finish. They were all very professional, informative and hard working. We are very pleased with the outcome of work and would definitely recommend JSP to anyone looking for a top quality building company.

Quoted 20 days to complete. 6 weeks after starting the job, it was nowhere near finished (2 weeks minimum left). Near the end of week 6, Joe took his men off the job & didn't have the decency to tell us personally. He didn’t return to finish the job & left a mess at our property. He didn’t provide any factual explanation as to why he did this & has since ignored requests for face to face meetings or extra information. A shocking, cowardly way to treat customers who had already paid him thousands of pounds. It's now clear the job was too big for him. Unprofessional, disorganised & unreliable

Couldn’t recommend Joe and his team enough. Just finished a 6month full property renovation, jobs adapted and completed by all the team with great communication throughout. The house threw a few surprises but nothing that JSP couldn’t deal with and resolve. Neighbours have remarked how courteous all members of the team were and ensured site was kept tidy and organised. JSP is an all around building team who don’t shy away from hard work and completes any job, big or small. Would 100% use for any future works and recommend to friends and family.
