  Joe when quoting for the job clearly knew what he was about. Came and did the job as quoted and it looks great. In simple terms he did exactly what he said he would do quickly and exactly. No hessitation in making recommendation.

  Honesty, reliability, and quality

  I initially engaged Joe to replace my gutters, soffits, and fascias. He explained to me that my roof needed replacing, and chimney needed rebuilding, taking me up on to the scaffolding and showing me all the problems. I am glad he did so, because I had a second opinion from my builder neighbour, which agreed, and I might have left it and suffered further damage otherwise. He quoted me reasonable sums for all the work. He and his two boys turned up when he said they would, did all the work he promised to a very high standard, and charged exactly what he had quoted. I am very happy to recommend.

  I would highly recommend Joe Smith. Very quick response to my call for lead work/roof repair. He advised taking down my redundant chimney to save future costs. He supplied a detailed quote by email. He started the job a couple of days later and completed in one day. Excellent service.

  Roof leak repair

  Joe and his team repaired a leak to the valley on our roof. They were very prompt in attending our property and assessing the issue, and clearly explained the likely problem. He used a small drone to assess the problem which was very impressive. This was quickly followed up with a written quote. The works was carried out on the date given and the team worked in a neat and tidy manner. We are very happy with the work and would highly recommend Joe Smith.

  Joe and his boys was amazing from start to finish, explained everything, nothing was too much, worked to a very high standard. My house was keet clean all the way though. It was a pleasure to have you working for us, we will definitely be using him again and would have no problem recommending him to any of our friends, family and neighbours Thanks
