  Fascia & Guttering Renewal Work

  This firm carried out fascia and guttering renewal work plus repairs to one corner of the roof on my property over the past week. They were very professional and friendly throughout and kept me advised when any issues were identified that needed to be addressed. They also liaised properly and politely with my neighbour when they needed access to my roof from their property. The finished work is of a high standard and the firm removed all old materials and left the work area clean and tidy.

  We searched through Check a Trade to find a suitable company. We were very impressed with Joe from J Smith property maintenance. He came and gave us a quotation for work, fitting fascia and soffits to our property. He came as agreed and carried out the work to a high standard. We were very pleased and would definately recommend Joe from J Smith property maintenance.

  Re roofing of porch and removing and re installing of facias

  Excellent communication throughout the two days the job took to complete. He and his team had additional ideas that made the end product a lot better, with minimal additional cost. They were punctual worked through the day with next to no breaks.
