    Jim came out very quickly and sorted our problem. Every time we’ve used them they have always been very professional, pleasant to deal with and a reasonable cost. The problem has always been sorted as well. We’d recommend them without hesitation and will definitely use again when/if needed.

    Great service

    I have used JSL Plumbing multiple times now and they’ve always been fast, reliable, thorough, reasonable and to a very high standard. However, their service today was above and beyond. There was a leak from my upstairs neighbours’ bathroom which had caused part of my kitchen ceiling to cave in, and JSL attended the flat, identified the leak and fixed the issue within hours leaving no stone unturned. Huge thanks to Lily and Jim. It is also a huge relief as a younger woman who lives alone to have a plumbing service I can trust. Would highly recommend.

    Shower Power!

    We had a sudden issue with our electric shower. I contacted Jim who was pleasant and ran over the best options. JSL managed to fix the issue quickly in a day or so after my initial call. Lily arrived to fix it and I would not hesitate to use JSL again for other problems in the future. Efficient, professional service and communication throughout. Thanks all @ JSL :-)

    Blocked drain resolved quickly

    Jim and a colleague came out at short notice to jet a blocked drain for us. We couldn't use toilets, kitchen sink, washing machine or dishwasher so it was fairly urgent. The problem was sorted in around an hour and the guys cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was working without any leaks. This is at least the 5th time I've used JSL and I regularly recommend them to others as the service is great.
