Quality care & attention to diagnose, remedy and make immediate fix & repair. 1st blocked drainpipe, Jim used camera to identify then jet washed out debris. 2nd everyone’s worst nightmare, a pipe unbeknown to us had separated under floor discharging water & waste into basement. Lily promptly attended and without hesitation & fuss got under floor through very difficult access hatch. Diagnosed issue, explained clearly how she would fix which she immediately & efficiently completed. Now big clean up, but so relieved! Great value for the quality of service & attention provided. Highly recommend.

Jim and his team helped us with a new boiler when our old one gave up the ghost. They tried to repair first to save us buying new boiler but unfortunately it was so old it wouldnt repair. Jim then helped us to pick best system for our requirements. When it came to fitting said boiler they were on time and tidy. wouldnt have known they had been in apart from new boiler..... House has been toasty ever since. Highly recommend.

Natalie has serviced my boiler twice, and returned to a fit new radiator in my living room, arrived on time and did a high quality job on both the service and radiator.

JSL were very professional and sorted a problem with our external drain quickly and efficiently. They kept us up to date with the exploration and investigation and the work being carried out. It is clear they are very experienced and knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to recommend ( or use again, although our drains are now nice and clear!)

I'd called a few of the larger companies, as I wasn't 100% sure what I was after. None of them have ever returned my calls. JSL were great. Michael answered prompty, and provided confirmation that my thought process was right, which was a comfort. Time was booked in the next day. I received a call on the day to confirm timings. Jim arrived promptly. He is vastly knowledgable (and patient with my endless chatter) and explained his findings and suggestions for a way forward. Price was very reasonable and I'll be using them again in the future. Highly recommended
