  Joe and his team were reliable and communicated really well throughout the job. When some additional work was needed, everything was explained clearly and the revised cost was still very reasonable. We’re really pleased with both the price and the overall service we received. The work has been completed to a high standard and we’re very happy with the result. Would definitely recommend.

  General maintenance to ridge tiles, dri-fit for window gables, moss removal

  General maintenance: some ridge tiles re-seated, small window gables changed to dry-fit system, moss removal & prevention spray Quote received promptly & clearly identified what was included, what would be extra should it be needed (&how much extra) Short lead time for work to commence, clean & tidy both during and after, easy payment In retrospect I think a large part of the quote may have been for the moss removal - I'd probably have dropped it off as it wasn't the main purpose of the work. Couple of times, turned up a day after communicated - fortunately not a major issue as someone was in

  Very good initial response from Joseph and good communications from quote to completion of the work. Joseph has mended a leak in our roof valley and replaced a few broken tiles. We’re very satisfied. He actually did more work than charged in that he also cleared out the other roof valleys too and has left everything very clean and tidy - even clearing leaves of our drive for free! Would definitely use this firm again and recommend.
