Brilliant job by Joseph and his team. Communication was great using WhatsApp. Did an excellent job on one of the hottest days of the year, and I really appreciated the efforts made to clean up afterwards including to the neighbours yard. Fair price too. Thanks again!

Joseph was really helpful throughout the process, from initial survey to providing quote to carrying out the work. He was happy to answer all our questions and explained everything to us in detail. Work was carried out to a high standard, and when we did have a minor problem the week after job completion Joseph arranged for someone to come out and sort it immediately (and on a bank holiday!) which we really appreciated!

They were efficient and friendly and did a good job, and were good value for money.

After a visit to our home, Joseph provided a clear itemised quote and a time frame of when he expected to carry out the work. Things were a little delayed due to events out of his control, but Joseph called me with updates on when he expected to start. When they attended, Joseph and his team did a thorough job, kept everything tidy and cleaned all the debris up. We are very pleased with the result! There were no unexpected costs. We also received some honest feedback on future roofing work that will be required and we would not hesitate to book with JS Home Improvements when that time comes.
