We thought we had rising damp, but it turned out to be a leak behind the wall. The guy who came out was really helpful, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need. Glad we got it checked properly — could’ve wasted a lot of money otherwise.

Really pleased with the job on our bungalow. The rendering has completely changed the look of the place — it feels like a brand new home. The team turned up when they said they would, worked hard, and left everything tidy. Finish is spot on, smooth and clean. We've had a few people stop and say how nice it looks, which says it all. Would definitely recommend.

The surveyor took the time to explain everything clearly and didn’t rush through it. He used proper testing equipment and gave us a full breakdown of what was going on, which helped us understand the root cause rather than just guessing. The report came through quickly and was detailed but easy to follow. We now know exactly what needs doing and what can wait, which has saved us from spending money on unnecessary work.

We had our house rendered with K Rend and it’s made such a big difference. The place looks much cleaner and more modern now. The team were friendly, turned up when they said they would, and just got on with the job without any hassle.

Jack and Harvey were excellent - really worked hard & took the time to explain what they were doing and why. A really efficient and professional service. They took care of my furniture and did not leave until everything had been cleaned up. Highly recommended
