  I have just moved into the area and our shower was not working. John asked me to send a photo and immediately provided valuable advice. He arrived with the necessary tools, and the job was completed quickly and tidily. Communication was also very good, and he accommodated us despite having a busy schedule. I will definitely contact John for any work we need in the future.

  Filling loop installation

  I contacted John to install a filling loop on my boiler, as no one could locate it in the house. He spent 40 minutes just searching for it — he could have easily installed a new one and charged me double, but instead John was completely honest and I avoided paying for something that was already there. I’ll definitely call him again!

  My first call for plumbing jobs

  I've used John several times for my annual boiler service and plumbing jobs around the house. I have always been impressed with the quality of work and professionalism. Most recently, he tackled a very stubborn kitchen mixer tap that was incredibly difficult to remove, but he managed it efficiently. The new tap works perfectly, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Always punctual, tidy, and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing a trustworthy plumber.
