  Swift when it matters

  We've experienced total loss of heating and hot water during very cold weather twice in the last couple of years, and both times we called on John. On both occasions he came very quickly, on one occasion it was the weekend, to bail us out. He jokes about him delivering a life-saving service, but that's because there is always a joke and an easy manner about him. On both occasions the problem was solved efficiently and at a good price. Highly recommended.

  Reliable and professional

  My boiler broke down on New Year’s eve. John was very responsive despite the timing and quickly provided a temporary solution to the issue first which helped a lot. John then installed a new boiler at a convenient time and as agreed. Excellent communication throughout and answered all my (many!) questions.

  John has done a couple of jobs in my flat now and is very friendly and professional. Managed to fit my work into his busy schedule and did so very quickly. Great communication, trustworthy and very reasonable price. Would highly recommend John for any work needed!
