I contacted John to install a filling loop on my boiler, as no one could locate it in the house. He spent 40 minutes just searching for it — he could have easily installed a new one and charged me double, but instead John was completely honest and I avoided paying for something that was already there. I’ll definitely call him again!

I've used John several times for my annual boiler service and plumbing jobs around the house. I have always been impressed with the quality of work and professionalism. Most recently, he tackled a very stubborn kitchen mixer tap that was incredibly difficult to remove, but he managed it efficiently. The new tap works perfectly, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Always punctual, tidy, and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing a trustworthy plumber.

From start to finish John was always happy to answer questions and accommodate our needs. The guys were always polite and happy to work very long hours to get the job done. They were meticulously clean and tidy, making sure everything was swept before they left. The job was completed earlier than expected, due to the very hard work of all the guys involved.
