  The plumber was able to come to review my problem (shower needing a new valve and a broken tap needing to be replaced) within a couple of days, offered solutions and gave quote, and when I agreed to proceed , was able to undertake the work 5 days later. All work was conducted to a high standard, no mess left behind. Very happy all round.

  Emergency bath tap change day before xmas

  Great customer experience

  I’ve use JRQ plumbing and heating several times and they have been fantastic. We had Smart thermostat fitted and the boiler serviced they were polite, happy and very tidy They explained everything they did and it was great customer experience from start to finish Well done team

  Fitting of new replacement electric shower

  Unacceptable work on toilet cistern.

  The leaking valve in the toilet system was mended by fitting a new diaphragm. An isolator valve was fitted to the cistern supply. So far so good. When I tried to flush the toilet later that evening it would not work due to insufficient water in the cistern. I remedied that by adjusting the level of the float. Only easy if you have a screwdriver and spanner. I was also recommended to have a complete new valve assembly which was not needed. Debris was left in the tank and on the floor despite the engineer having a vacuum cleaner. The toilet brush holder was also soiled

  Boiler condensation issue due to blocked drain pipe. Identified issue and fixed. Speedy and clean . Would recommend.
