I was delighted with the work carried out by Simon. He replaced the radiator, like for like, but repaired the loose brackets. The result is a sturdier radiator. He was a tidy worker.

JRQ responded quickly to my job on Checkatrade, which I highly recommend, after searching on line for contacts. The team turned up promptly and replaced the outside tap. Gave me some great advice regarding protecting the tap, and turning off during winter months. Ollie thanks for the tips I will be getting a tap cover tomorrow so it doesn’t happen again. Very efficient, and will recommend.

I reached out about fixing a running toilet. I received a prompt response and arranged a time just before Xmas (which was impressive). The job was done, and payment was made (pricing was as expected, so no nasty surprises), however there were some issues. I reached out again, and received a prompt response. The issues were dealt with between Xmas and New Year (very impressive) and there was no additional cost. Overall I am incredibly impressed with the work carried out, the communication with JRQ, the timely manner in which the work was done and the cost. JRQ are now my go to plumbers!

The plumber was able to come to review my problem (shower needing a new valve and a broken tap needing to be replaced) within a couple of days, offered solutions and gave quote, and when I agreed to proceed , was able to undertake the work 5 days later. All work was conducted to a high standard, no mess left behind. Very happy all round.
