  Good gas engineers

  Peter and James were very professional in their work. They installed gas pipes to my kitchen and the cooker! Cleaned up themselves too! Would recommend them!

  Annual Boiler Service

  Time for annual boiler service. The engineer is always on time and, for the last 4 years, the same guy, so he knows me, the house and the boiler. I like the continuity. Service carried out efficiently and in a timely fashion. Would always recommend.

  Communication 1st class

  Called JR concerning a problem with my toilet cistern water flow and a radiator that was not working (or balanced with the others in my home). Neither were life threatening but just an inconvenience. Sarah at JR explained how busy they were, but said she would try to have a member of their team call later the following day. I received an email confirming their visit and a time which was flexible. The following day at 3pm I got a call from Ollie confirming they were running a tad late. Later another call from the office saying the same. Both Ollie and Matt sorted both jobs in no time. Brilliant

  Fast and efficient service'

  Nicola phoned within 5 minutes of my enquiry (only one other firm has replied at all), made an appointment for the next working day and kept me informed of progress. The plumber turned up before time and was very helpful and efficient.
