Company found via local Facebook group. Very prompt response and service arranged within 2 hours. £90 per hour for emergency response - 1st hour paid to secure time slot etc. Hot water had just stopped - Work completed with minimal fuss. Very satisfied with this company. They also installed my boiler (10 y guarantee if checked by the company) and yearly checks. Appointments can be done online or over tel call, pay securely online or over telephone. Online reminder, no hustle to keep in mind when is next due for checking. Certificates sent online. I had a new combi boiler fitted and old system taken away over 3 days. Team of two were polite and friendly, always punctual and great communication on updating me on progress. So pleased with our new ensuite. Totally reliable and good communication throughout. Good quality bathroom fixtures supplied. All trades required were supplied and coordinated by JR Plumbing.
