Very prompt response and service arranged within 2 hours. £90 per hour for emergency response - 1st hour paid to secure time slot etc. Hot water had just stopped - Work completed with minimal fuss. Appointments can be done online or over tel call, pay securely online or over telephone. Online reminder, no hustle to keep in mind when is next due for checking. Certificates sent online.
