Very helpful and friendly calls with office staff when arranging the job. Operative equally so during performance of the work, which was executed on time and site left in excellent order on completion.

Company found via local Facebook group. Very prompt response and service arranged within 2 hours. £90 per hour for emergency response - 1st hour paid to secure time slot etc. Hot water had just stopped - Work completed with minimal fuss. Jay was warm mannered and respectful. Happy to recommend JR Plumbing and Heating Ltd.

Very satisfied with this company. They also installed my boiler (10 y guarantee if checked by the company) and yearly checks. Appointments can be done online or over tel call, pay securely online or over telephone. Online reminder, no hustle to keep in mind when is next due for checking. Certificates sent online. I had a new combi boiler fitted and old system taken away over 3 days. Team of two were polite and friendly, always punctual and great communication on updating me on progress. They worked all day for 3 days and were excellent at problem solving. I would use again and recommend to others.

So pleased with our new ensuite. Totally reliable and good communication throughout. Good quality bathroom fixtures supplied. All trades required were supplied and coordinated by JR Plumbing. Ensuite was fitted in a very timely manner - urgently needed for a disabled relative who needed to stay with us to recuperate.
