  Expensive Call-Out, not fixed the issue

  I was extremely disappointed with the service. I was charged £200. When the plumber left, the toilet couldn’t be flushed, leaving me without a working toilet. What was most frustrating was the lack of commitment to return and fix the problem. Rather than providing a clear plan to resolve the issue, I was left having to find another plumber. I understand that not every repair goes to plan, but charging a significant amount without fixing the problem and then leaving the customer to arrange someone else is unacceptable. Unfortunately can’t recommend this service.

  Jordan did an excellent job removing two old radiators and installing two new radiators in different locations. The work was completed to a high standard, with great attention to detail and a tidy finish throughout. He arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and ensured everything was working perfectly before leaving. The relocation of the radiators was carried out efficiently and professionally, with minimal disruption. Jordan left the work area clean and tidy, and the new radiators look great and perform exactly as expected. I would highly recommend Jordan for any plumbing work
