Fantastic experience, Jordan replied quickly to advertise and came same day at a convenient time. Quickly sorted the problem and came back to help with a second unrelated problem I discovered on the same day. Would definitely recommend.

I was told by another plumber that we needed a replacement shower pump, so went through “Checkatrade” and J R Gasworks came highly recommended & they also accepted the job. Contact via WhatsApp & asked for photos of our original shower pump (Never thought anything at the time) but looking back.You would of thought they would have come to see/test diagnosed the problem for themselves? Before just wanting photos & saying “ yes I can change this”. Long story short. Turned out it was not pump but still charged me for second call out (After he left still not working! Total of over £300 Stay away.

Called Jordan in the middle of the night due to a mini heater leaking a lot of water which was then escaping all over a utility space and giving us a power cut in the process. He was quick to respond to our call at 4am, arrived quickly as he promised he would. Sorted the issue in no time by removing it safely and securely. Already suggested next steps, which we're keen to sort in due course. Highly recommend.

Easy to get things arranged, was able to make time the next day, work was completed quickly and well!
