10 Honest and decent company

A really decent and honest company! John came round to assess loft timbers for damp and rot. His assessment was completely honest..... the timbers were fine. Another company could so easily have charged me to spray the timbers.... unnecessarily! So appreciative of an honest tradesperson. Job location: SK5After being let down by another company who did a pretty bad job and left my house in a terrible state, I asked JPT to come and give me a quote. John was so friendly and helpful and I felt I was in safe hands. He explained everything clearly to me and I went ahead with the booking. I had a condensation issue within the household and contacted JPT Damp for help and guidance. John explained to me that the house needed better moisture extraction and provided and installed 2 x silent running extraction fans. One for the kitchen and one for the bathroom. I noticed a big improvement within a couple of weeks but i wanted to be sure that the condensation issue had been solved before i posted this review.
