John was very informative, efficient and reliable from the survey to the end of the work. We needed new ventilation and damp works doing throughout. John responded to a query & from start to finish his communication was great. He came to look at what might be needed within a few days & it was clear he knew his stuff. He identified the cause of the condensation problem that the extractor fans in the bathrooms were inadequate & recommended a course of action. The written quotation arrived quickly & the work was completed as planned. On site, John worked quickly & without hassle to get the job done, clearing away all rubbish & even cleaning any debris. It's only been 3 days but already we are seeing a dramatic improvement. Recommended.

JPT came out to look at an issue we had with damp on a wall. They reviewed the issue and said it was rising damp where the outside paving had breached the damp proof course. A quote was provided the same day and was duly accepted and a date agreed to do the work. They texted me the day before to say what time they would arrive. All work completed same day and tidied up after themselves. I paid the bill promptly as I felt the service provided deserved this. I Have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Prompt, knowledgeable and efficient

John came to look at the damp in my house and recommended a PIV unit to keep the air circulating. It was fitted today and I'm really impressed with the result. The PIV unit was fited in the larder and the grille into the kitchen is discreet and barely noticeable. John was friendly, efficient and was able to react quickly to find a solution when the oirignal plan for connecting to the electrics wasn't possible. Once the unit was fitted John tided up the area where he had been working, took away all the rubbish and even mopped then floor! I would not hesitate to recommend John.

Rang for quote to look at damp in the house and john came with quick response and quoted the job that day. We needed fans putting in to ventilate the house and job was done within a week of quote. Reasonable price, job done in the day. Would recommend JPT damp proofing
