From my initial enquiry by phone, very efficient customer service both by phone & email. Two days later engineer Nick arrived to replace the elements in the immersion tank. All left clean & tidy, Nick was polite & very knowledgeable on possible future work. Will definitely use in the future & recommend

Phil undertook a very thorough boiler service & noticed a problem that he pointed out to me. After more testing to make sure the boiler was still safe to use in the short term I have now received a quote for the work needed. Great service & have full confidence in using JPS again.

Good service over a handful of visits to replace various faulty valves on hot water tank

Nick recently installed new shower fittings and re-sealed around the shower tray, which we are very pleased with as it has improved the whole space. Excellent job! Also, Winfield visited yesterday and as he has done several times before carried out our boiler service with the minimum of fuss, to our total satisfaction. Thank you!
