Matt was really friendly and professional. He serviced the boiler in our rental property and supplied a landlord safety certificate. Matt kept me updated on his time of arrival so I could meet him at the property to work around the tenants in situ. This was a job I didn’t want to tackle myself because of the electrical factor. I found JPS Plumbing on Checkatrade who responded quickly, asked for more details/photos then confirmed they could take on the job. A price was agreed and the plumber booked for 5 days later as this was not an urgent job. He contracted me approximately one hour before his ETA and quickly attended to the repair while keeping me informed of progress throughout. I am very happy with the results.
