Jeff responded to our request very promptly to assess the need for repair and improvements to our brickwork., He made time to visit the following day. He was courteous, helpful, extremely knowledgeable, gave excellent advice, and set our minds at rest. He was able to arrange for his workmen to attend the next day to attend to the work, which was done very efficiently and without fuss. Terrific job again by Jeff and his team. This is the fourth time he’s done work on our house, which tells you all you need to know about how we rate him. Great communications and high quality work (re-grouted our patio, built a garden wall and replaced a large side gate and frame). Always friendly and helpful and cleaned up the mess daily.
