From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and highly reliable. The project was completed safely, efficiently, and to a very high standard. Jeff responded to our request very promptly to assess the need for repair and improvements to our brickwork., He made time to visit the following day. He was courteous, helpful, extremely knowledgeable, gave excellent advice, and set our minds at rest. He was able to arrange for his workmen to attend the next day to attend to the work, which was done very efficiently and without fuss.
