  Replacement windows October 2025

  The quality of the replacement windows was excellent and the installers arrived at the agreed date and time. The installation was completed without drama and we were kept fully informed as the installation progressed. The installers were all very helpful, kept disruption to a minimum and tidied up as the installation progressed. The back office kept us fully aware of what was happening before the installation commenced. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company

  Two old windows replaced

  Very happy with JP Glass, they've been so helpful, from first enquiry to job completed. Dan and Dave did a super job. It wasnt straightforward because of my wonky old house. Removing Victorian joinery whilst retaining the internal architrave was achieved really well. The new windows are exactly as I wanted them. Highly recommend.

  My experience with JP Glass was outstanding, from beginning to end. It was so clear to me, just from communicating with the staff arranging the quote and then the work, that they are a highly professional company and really know their business. And then the people who came to the house were amazing - so polite, efficient and helpful. And all of this at an incredible price. I just wish that more companies provided this level of service.   The job was done promptly and at the quotation agreed beforehand. It was damage to a window that had been cunningly concealed so that it even evaded the Surveyor, and me living here for months. I feared that might mean the window needed replacing at great cost. In fact it took only a relatively short time to repair, and Paul pointed out what the problems were - there was more than one - and how they were rectified. I was going to pay in cash, but Paul said I would be sent an invoice. Thus is a straightforward professional outfit - the only type you want entering your home.

  I had some problems with a lock on my door, and a broken catch on a window. Paul was very thorough and ordered the parts promptly so that all works again. He was very knowledgeable and explained the reasons for the problems developing.
