JP windows put me in contact with Paul, who was punctual, polite and professional, as well as clearly being an expert in his field! he sourced difficult to find parts and did an efficient repair. I am delighted and would happily use JP windows again.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. We are delighted with our new glass roof and windows. The office staff and workers are all fantastic. The fitters arrived about 2 hours before the allocated time....luckily I was in but if I had gone out they would have been hanging around for some time.The repair to the window was carried out quickly and no mess was left so,on the whole,I was very satisfied.Communication from Sharon,from start to finish, was excellent throughout the whole process.Thanks to all involved

From our first encounter when stuart came to do measurements and supply quote, they were a pleasure to work with. Always ready to answer our queries and give advice. The 2 fitters were always on time, worked very hard and always tidied up after themselves. We are very pleased with the work they have done.
