The chap (Paul i think his name was) turned up at the agreed time, listened carefully to my explanation of what the problem was with our Patio door and quickly cracked on with the job at hand, sorting it out within an hr. He went over the faults and how best to try and maintain it, so the issue wouldn't keep cropping up, really helpful and we're extremely satisfied with JP glass and would recommend.

Job: Replacing the failed double glazing in 4 windows in my flat (small, medium and patio door sized). This is the second time I have used JP Glass. Again, they delivered their service in a very friendly and efficient way. Tina was excellent at communicating and the assessors and fitters were punctual, cheerful and considerate. JP Glass have just finished replacing cracked window panes in our nineteenth century sash windows. The work was undertaken to a high standard and managed flexibly when a badly decayed sash delayed the completion of the job. Everyone in the firm from initial contact to work on site has been very helpful and friendly.
